DO NOT RENT ANYTHING From this or any Budget car rental location.  I reserved a car on the 30th of December so I would be able to take my girlfriend out on New Year’s Eve.
I showed up at the location and it was closed yet listed online as open.  I was not happy as I had prepaid and I had to take my girlfriend out in my work van.   I looked terrible because of you.. so I call to complain and get hung up on then explain it all to 5 people only to be hung up on again wasting 4 hours in total just to try to get a refund.
Then they offer me 20% off a future rental to make up for it...I was insulted by this, though I understood it was all the guy on the phone could offer.   WELL ... that is not acceptable.  
Just to sum it up quick.....rented a car and prepaid only to get no car then embarrass the hell out of myself to my woman and then waste 4 hours of my life trying to get refund which took 5 days.  I don’t know but this may be the worst I have ever been treated by a company.  It was a unilateral failure in all facets of the company.  I still have gotten nothing for my trouble.  How do you even stay in business like this!!!?

Just returned from fleeing Hurricane Irma had to rent a car because all flights out were canceled. Had to drive whole family back 20hrs. Get back to turn in rental car. Arrived 1 hr early to turn in but they were closed waited 1 1/2 to open. They said my car was 1 hr late and charged me $103 late fee. Called customer support no help. $540 for 2 day + 1hr?
