I rent vehicles through Avis for multiple trips I take for work.  I recently switched from one of the other locations to this location because it is closer to my home, but I was nervous I would not get the awesome customer service I received at the other location.
I have most definitely received excellent service from all of the staff at this location.  They are friendly and the cars are clean and well maintained!

The service at the Oakland airport was awesome. My vehicle was clean and Ahmed I hope that's his name gave me a tremendous customer service. I definitely recommend him. Also dropping off my car at the airport and then taking the shuttle was smooth sailing. I will be using Avis on my next to Michigan. #newyorker
