Great location. Brian and team always take care of me and I have never seen an instance over 15+ rentals from this location where a customer has been upset or has not received top notch, professional service. These guys rent a TON of cars on a weekly basis and always do a great job.

Very poor service. One day when I went to pick up a car I got there at opening time and the staff person didn't show up until 35 minutes after they were supposed to be there. Then I left something in my car which they said they would get back for me and then they just ignored me. The problem seems to go all the way up the line, because when I called corporate they offered to follow up with me and then never did. When I called them back to find out what was going on they told me that they were not going to do anything about it, it was my problem. This is the last time I'm using Hertz.

It was crazy busy when picking up....
And there was some kind of problem with the car tags???? And of course I was in a HUGE HURRY!! ...
Other then that ....Everything was great! 
The car was clean! And that's super important!

This location did an excellent job of seeing to my needs.  They gave me an upgrade when the car I reserved was not available.  That's good business.
