Super friendly and understanding front desk staff at Alamo Jersey City (Newport). I don't remember their names, but I had a great experience. No hassle pick up and drop.

Only downside is the area is very confusing. Full of one ways and blocked turns and what not. I circled around for like 30 minutes to get to the entrance of the drop off building. But that's not the rental company's fault.

Very efficient, quick and informative. Had no issues as a foreigner renting a car for the first time. Fees were very reasonable during the holiday period.

Very smooth check-in. Mr Gonzalez was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience and nice atmosphere. It's a very small car rental though. Car selection is thus limited. They have about 15 cars available.

The office, is not visible as an office. No signs outside. Aircon of Office did not work so even the pop up sign was inside holding the door open. Friendly staff. Nice Car.

Guys working in this location are great people. When I told them I forgot my phone in nearby hotel, they transferred me going and back with their car. The check in was very easy and fast. Car return was also easy process even when they are closed. The guy called Shahan is very helpful and understanding person. Thank you all for the help and making car rental easy to others. In my last visit to the USA (sep 2016) I rented many cars with different companies. Alamo is the best. I wish they stay always UP.
