I have been renting from Enterprise Rental Car for the past 15 years. They tend to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The vehicles they provide are awesome and they continue to impress me as always. I usually rent from the Bayonne, NJ branch and every single time it has been a wonderful experience. Rented a car in February , travelling to VA. I wasn't aware of the ez pass option and the staff didn't explain that as pass is required in Delaware and Maryland so I got hit with tolls going down and coming back to Jersey City, didn't get the billing until a month later , when I called the company, I received the run around.  Needless to say, I paid both tickets so my license didn't get suspended.  Very dissatisfied; regardless of how friendly the staff was.

Enis and the rest of his team in Bayonne, NJ went out of their way to accommodate me because of an unusual situation I was in while working in NY for 3 months. Everyone was very friendly and efficient and if I need a car in the area again, I will head to their location.
