I went into Mazda looking for a vehicle and Brandon was very quick to assist my family and I. He was helping another customer at the time and was able to multi-task.  Which a lot of people can not do. He provided great customer service throughout the entire process. He assisted in putting in my cargo cover and taking some lettering off the back. It was as if all my request weren't a problem. Even in the finance department, Brad was very accommodating and provided excellent services. Overall I had a good experience with this dealership

After shopping other Mazda dealerships my daughter made a wise decision and purchased her New 2017 CX-5 from here. The negotiation experience was fairly easy to get her in the price range she needed to be at, and a car that wasn't stripped down. Jake helped her choose the right options and was extremely knowledgeable about Mazda's product making it easier to understand all the features on the car. She is very excited about her entire experience. Kris the General Manager was very helpful in locating her car from another dealership very quickly as they did not have the exact one for her in their inventory. Kris was also kind enough to add on the Ziridium protection package at no cost along with 3 free oil changes, something no other dealer was willing to offer, this really helps financially since she is a recent college grad. 
I would recommend this Dealership to friends and family.

CJ Wilson has by far been the best when it comes to car buying experience.  I live over 3 hours away but found their prices and attention to customers to be well worth the drive.  From the initial phone conversations to working through a couple of hurdles, even spending time in the finance office, I always felt appreciated and more like a friend rather than simply a business transaction.  Great all the way around!

I HIGHLY recommend CJ Wilson Mazda! They have excellent customer service. Had an issue with my lower control arm that had already been replaced with the recall. CJ Wilson had performed the recall almost 2 years ago and replaced the part today with no charge. Most dealerships try and get over on you with service, but I didn't experience that here. Thanks again CJ Wilson Mazda for excellent service today!

I recently purchased a 2017 Mazda3 from the CJ Wilson’s in Orland Park and wanted to write a  review to help out future buyers. I went to multiple dealerships in the Chicagoland area looking for a specific color, model, and make. Out of every dealership, the ONLY reason I went with CJ Mazda was because they had the exact car I wanted. To begin, I called on the morning of a showing to see if the car was still available after seeing it online. I was told the car I had wanted was there and that I was scheduled for a showing later that night. When I arrived at the dealership, the person I scheduled the showing with wasn’t there and neither was the car I wanted to see. After a few hours of questions and similar car test drives, I signed the papers to purchase the new car. While negotiating prices and deals with Jack like any normal car buyer would, he told my parents “this isn’t a charity” when we tried to make a deal on the navigation being discounted. Jack was very rude and disrespectful during the whole process, not only to me but to my parents was well. They then told me the car would not be in until tomorrow morning and I could come pick it up before work, but as for the night I wouldn’t have a car. They then proceeded to tell me I could have a rental car for the night, and that quickly got withdrawn after they found I wasn’t 21 and no other compensation was offered. Luckily, my parents drove me to the dealership and could bring me the next day to pick up the car. The next day came, and I never received a phone call telling me my car was in so by lunch time, I had to call the dealership myself. Jack, one of the managers (you’ll know him by his lack of professional attire), told me that the car wouldn’t be ready until after I started work and I would need to come in the second day after purchase to pick up my new car. The next day, I called and told them I would be at the dealership at 1 to sign papers for my new car. When I arrived at the dealership, my plates were not on the car, the car wasn’t wash, my GPS chip wasn’t in the car, and none of the papers were ready to go. After three hours of waiting to sign my papers and the “final touches” for my car, I was late to work but finally had my new car. After coming home from work, my low tire pressure light came and this clearly meant they had not checked the tire pressures before handing over the car. Overall, the whole experience was tiring, unprofessional, rude, and long. Clearly, CJ Wilson did not care about me as a customer, but only cared about the sale and money they were getting. I will never buy another car from this dealership.
