I am looking for a second car now and dealing with different dealers makes me appreciate Adam at Bettenhausen even more than I already did.....my husband and came in a couple of months ago and we wanted to look at a Jeep Cherokee, we are pretty young, so we don't have too much credit history. Adam made it work for us, he explained every single step, was NEVER rude or anything like that, which is rare for us when dealing with car dealers. Now, when I'm shopping around for something smaller at other dealers...I just want Adam- honestly. He will make the whole experience amazing for you. Highly, highly recommend. 

Btw, I love our Jeep, we did not have any issues with it so far, drives great, looks great...gets tons of compliments :)

Bought my Dart here a couple years ago, and the service was excellent from  the start. My salesman Scott didn't pressure me at all and took his time with me. I am always going back for check ups and oil changes, and the service department here is phenomenal as well. Amy is my absolute favorite, she is super helpful and nice. Even convinced my fiancé to buy his truck here. Thanks for everything Bettenhausen!

I had no expectations of leaving the dealership with a new vehicle...I told Michael Kass that I just wanted to see what my options were. Mr. Kass not only told me what my options were, but also put me into a brand new 2017 Jeep Patriot Sport for an amazing deal!!! He was so pleasant and helpful, and I truly appreciate the attention and care shown to me by the wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!!

While I love the convenience, professionalism and service at Bettenhausen, I would've given 5-stars if it weren't for their attendant's lack of attention to detail. On previous trips they've forgotten to return my lug lock key to my vehicle and failed to tighten all the lugs following a tire rotation. On this trip, it was the valve stem caps on my tires. Now, while that's not a big deal, I question has anything else been forgotten.

I knew what I was looking for, but my wife picked out the color. We are completely satisfied with the Dealership and David Martinez, who helped in many ways. The showroom is awesome, clean, neat and has most models on display. I would recommend this dealership to all, great service  in meeting with our needs. Our new Jeep Cherokee is perfect for what we need and what we could afford. The price was right, and no need to bicker.
