The do a good job of taking care of my car.  Prices are somewhat high. The staff does a great job, in caring for my car and me.

After trying to buy my second car from them in 3 years they gave me a price that was a  good 4 Grand higher than every other dealer and after confronting them about the price difference they told me "good luck'' and sent me on my way.. This was very disappointing  considering this would be my second car in 3 years from them and  the cars my family has purchased.. Bottom line i wont be going back to this dealership.

Caveat emptor. I bought two vehicles from here. One was new, the other was "certified used." The new car experience was a very positive one. The used car experience was not. The "certified" vehicle should not have been. One key fob, electrical issues, and a garbage set of tires. They did eventually take care of the fob and electrical issues. Took about a month to get a fob. Found out later it was a rental car to top it off. The SUV still sounds like a semi driving down the street, thanks to the garbage tires.

The Service Department is Great. They helped my daughter when her Washer Fluid pump went out during the Arctic Vortex blast. Fixed her car on the spot with no appointment and was honest to let her know it was only a blown fuse. $1.50 fuse fixed the issue and got her safely on the road and back to School. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. Treated her like family. Thanks

I was more than disappointed.  After being a customer for years,  since 2008, i went in to lease a new VW and got what i describe as a bait and switch on the vehicle i ordered, (downgraded trim and wrong interior color), and attempts to sell me this vehicle after i started multiple times that i didn't like it.  I was asked to write down what i wanted and was told that that vehicle was found,  so where ANY confusion came in,  I'm just not sure i can believe.  It was intentional.  I wanted Truffle and black interior.  I got beige and black.  I asked for an RLine Executive. They delivered a Sport. As a long time customer,  i was offered no incentives that i wouldn't have received walking through the door the very first time.  Upon leaving the dealership to seek out another vehicle elsewhere,  they attempted to call me back with a resolution, playin the "dealer game, " one that i should have been offered-or better,  while i sat the hour in the office,  working out a purchase,  ELSEWHERE.  I'd explained that i didn't have time,  energy, nor want the usual bs. Sometimes,  people need to be able to trust a business and mine was broken.  So 4 hours later as i drove out of Mancari Jeep in a new Altitude, i want to say,  thanks Volkswagen of Orland for the lesson.
