I have never left a review. I thought I would since this is something other people need to know. My husband had purchased a car from here a few years back. About a week or so ago we had been getting these incredibly long messages from a man named Joe who sounded high low and a little extreme. He has almost an entire conversation by himself on our voicemail. What's scarier is he could tell us what our payments are and he wants our car and he's going to take our car and give us money for it towards a new car even if we owe money but don't worry about that just come in and ask for him and he will get us a new car for a payment lower than what we pay right now and it goes on for 3 minutes almost every time. We have 3 messages from him in one day! The other day I just can't take it anymore so I answer and he gets me on the phone asking for my husband and would NOT STOP talking. He didn't let me interrupt him. I would've hung up but I had to ask him to stop calling us. He was rude when he asked me several personal questions he said he wanted to review and after about 15 minutes of him pretty much talking to himself ignoring all of my attempts to interrupt him I told him that I don't know who he is and I'm not comfortable so please just stop calling. He says I baig your pardon?? and hangs up on me. Now it's like we're being stalked. He called several times since I asked him not to. It's why I'm leaving this review. It's 2 stars because I have really liked this dealer but I don't think I'll be returning. This has been very disturbing.  Who is this person? Are you aware that this is happening to people? Can someone do something to make it stop?

The first car I bought from this dealership was in 1980. We have bought several more since. In fact we bought a Rav4 yesterday and love it. We enjoy great customer service, an excellent service department, and a experienced sales department. Our favorite part of buying a car from them is our salesman, Al Krajewski, his straightforward approach to selling is unique and rare. If you tell him exactly what you want he will find it and explain all your options on how to get it. He is one of the reasons we shop there. Yes, there have issues with service or other things in the past but everyone was settled to my satisfaction. It's a good place to be a customer!

Ron Banks has been a great sales associate who has not only helped me with the purchase of my vehicle but other family members as well. After selling my son his vehicle I knew when the time came I wouldn't go see anyone but Ron. I highly recommended him. He is informative, professional, patient, and a very determined sales associate.
