My family has been with Nissan for 15+ years. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful.  They helped me with my ‘18 Nissan Rogue and I am so pleased with my purchase.  Pat and Mike have helped us with every buy/trade we’ve had and they truly make magic happen. Ariana and John also helped me out and they both were great at what they do.  I definitely recommend going to Nissan in Orland Park. They were not pushy and went with what I wanted and could afford.  Thank you so much!

My experience at Ziegler Nissan was extremely pleasant.  Trevor was my sales rep and he did a marvelous job explaining things to me and I never felt pressured.  I was even offered to take the vehicle home for the weekend without any obligations ( just to see if I like it).  
This is definitely one dealership that have put a tremendous amount of training into the customer experience.  I will be purchasing a vehicle for my daughter within the next few months and my first stop will be Ziegler.  Wonderful people.

Brought my 2012 Maxima to Ziegler Nissan of Orland in for extended warranty repair.  The repairs were completed to specification.  I was happy to get my vehicle back after a few days being without it.  Ziegler provided me with a loaner which i was grateful for since I need a car for my profession.  I found it curious that nobody walked me to my car after I paid at the cashier because I had received outstanding customer service to this point.  

Later that day approximately 4 hours later I noticed my passenger side headlight was broken.  I went back to all the places I parked. I went to see if I could find broken glass from my headlight.  I did not find any broken glass nor did I hear anything while driving my vehicle that would make  me believe that I had a  broken my headlight. I immediately contacted the dealership.  Brian, one of the managers called me back.  I told him my situation and asked of they had cameras for the dealership for security which may provide insight to what happened to my vehicle.  He told me that they did not have security cameras and that they would never release a damaged car.  He also said he would look around to see if anyone found broken glass.  I found this hard to believe but I did not have  any reason not to take his word.  

It was already getting dark and I decided that I needed to get this repaired as soon as possible.  I went back to Ziegler and they happen to have the part I need in stock, which I found curious since my car is a 2012.  They proceeded to charge me $1200  for the repair.  

Draw your own conclusions.  I have provided facts.  
I will never go back to this establishment.  I refuse to do business with an establishment that I believe damaged my vehicle,  did not inform me of the damage, and proceeded to have me pay them for the damage they did to my car.   I cannot prove any so take my review for what it is worth.

I generally like this place. Had a great experience today, I really needed an oil change and needed to be out at a certain time to get to work and they got my oil change done super quick so I could get to work. Thank you!

One con: They did give me 3 different prices for tires and brakes, all kept getting higher than before. My husband got his tires and brakes done for $500 less than what they quoted me and we had the exact same car.

This is a dealership worth coming too! I honestly loved this dealership. This dealership took care of me really well. I bought a 2017 Nissan Altima and I absolutely love this car! I would like to point out that no matter what my financial situation was they were able to get me the BEST deal for my newly purchased vehicle! I would like to thank and recognize Chris B. and Luis G. For making my car buying experience the best and for making it possible for me to buy a car. Very satisfied with my purchase!!!
I recommend this dealership to anyone who would like to buy a car.
