Every issue is always taken care of with reasonable time and constant updates. Whenever I need a loaner I get one no questions asked. My vehicle is also still under warranty for what it’s worth. But only 3 stars because the last 2 times I have had my car in, there is grease and oil residue on the seats, windows & door paneling. Also not washing the cars during cold weather is no excuse, you just have to wipe down the door trim and door handle’s real good. I used to work as a porter for big name dealership off 159th st years ago (definitely not a luxury car dealership) and washed cars during winter all the time no problem.

Excellent service, staff was very professional and understands stress of buying a car. Upfront personnel overall very helpful. Highly recommended. Talked to Robert King throughout the entire process as well, treated me and my wife like family!

Brian & Jesse sincerely made my visit/experience one I will never forget. Starting with the customer service being second to none, I have never been so happy to bring a vehicle in for service. I typically dread the day I need an oil change but I will continue to bring my vehicle here and only here!!! (If they had more stars I would give them more)

Great salesman! Very welcoming and nice to work with! Robert was great to work with and very friendly and answered every question I had.  Avi was very thorough in his presentation and showed me a lot of great features on the car. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable in the car. Both top notch employees.
