Wonderful experience, lovely staff. Everyone was kind-hearted, friendly, and willing to help! There were some hot water issues, but they worked quickly to get them resolved. We would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was also wonderful and fresh!

You can tell this was a really nice hotel at some point. Everything is really good, nice design. It seems to not be maintained very well though. I would say soon it won't be nice. Breakfast was great, rooms were very nice and clean. The pool area was a little dirty, carpets in hallways and lobby were in need of cleaning. Stick to breakfast and your room and you'll enjoy it.

The room was wonderful. King size bed, sofa and coffee table, mini fridge and microwave, nice size tv, great shower and bath area. Very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were fantastic!! Continential breakfast was horrible so we went somewhere else. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. There are 2 computers and a printer beside front desk to print boarding passes which was very convenient. Beautiful hotel. Easy access to Interstate. Will definitely stay again.

Such a wonderful, family friendly staff. The bedroom was nice & spacious. We loved the pool. The free, hot breakfast was best of all!

I give this place two stars not because it isn't a clean and modern hotel but because the staff are thieves. This hotel actually uses full-time off-duty Memphis police officers for their security. It is fenced and gated and has sophisticated video surveillance of the property yet our vehicle was broken into while there and many valuables were taken. Mysteriously, the Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) camera watching the area our vehicle was parked in stopped panning for 30 minutes that night while our vehicle was burglarized. The camera decided on its own to just watch another area for a little while so the police officers could steal our valuables. If you can avoid staying at hotels in the greater Memphis area, please do. The whole place is a haven for thieves and criminals. The government officials are inept and can't even afford to keep open its most sacred memorials and parks due to massive corruption. Stay in Jackson if you don't mind the drive then tour Memphis during daylight hours and leave.
