Very friendly staff, super comfy beds with amazing pillow selection. Nicely-appointed rooms with queen beds, new furniture, curved shower rod, plush bath sheets, modern decor, adequate lighting, USB power banks on the beds, and large flat screen TV. However, the hotel is worn. This is especially noticeable in the dining area (stained seating), patched-up bathtub and bathroom flooring, and scratched up walls in the hallways. The third floor was lacking an ice machine (though it did have a sign indicating there was one). The free breakfast was, in my opinion, the most disappointing aspect of the hotel: the pancake appliance was out of order, the "hot, fresh" cinnamon rolls were frozen, we had to wait for eggs to be scrambled (and then, my son described them as oddly buttery), and the cereal dispenser crushed the flakes to dust. Still, for the price, the hospitality, and the convenient location off I-240, it was a good, comfortable night's sleep.

Great location off i-240 and 15 minutes to bass pro and local malls. Rooms were clean and well taken care of and the staff was very polite and welcoming. Will stay at again in the future.

Nice hotel. Comfortable and quiet. Clean and the staff was professional with the exception they didn't tell me there would be a $50 deposit on my credit card. I asked about the deposit on day two and found out there is a sign on the front counter that most people probably don't read. Maybe a simple verbal notification that your credit card would be charged a deposit would be appropriate. I saw an earlier post about this same situation. Other than the minor issue with the deposit, Great stay. Gym was decent also. Outdoor pool closed due to time of the year I assume. Breakfast good.

Not bad at all. The neighborhood is questionable but the customer service is not. Everyone I came in contact with was delightful. They have a hot breakfast that is pretty good. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. They have HBO 1 channel of it and nice size tv. There are several places to eat practically in their parking lot but I would recommend Lennys subs. (See my review) I would definitely stay here again when in town.

Great little trip.  First floor room had a wonderful high ceiling that made the room feel very spacious. Breakfast both days of my stay filled me for the entire morning.
