I recently booked a room (for my sisters prom night )with this place and the man name Scott I believe at the front desk says he can’t give me back my cash deposit simply because he “ lost it”. Claims he found an envelope with my name on it without the money in there. I GAVE HIM THE MONEY TO PUT IN THE ENVELOPE AND WATCHED HIM DO IT. Now I’m left without my deposit back when I know she didn’t break any rules because she only slept in the room for 3 to 4 hours tops. Every time I call the front desk to speak to a general manager he’s never there or either Scott is dragging his feet and it is very frustrating. It’s not much of a deposit but it’s still my deposit. I understand if he “lost it “actually I don’t understand how he “lost it” and why it wasn’t replaced regardless if he finds it or not. I feel like this guy just scammed me out my money for absolutely no reason and it’s very frustrating to fix this situation. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay here.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean beds and rooms. Indoor pool and fitness center.  Parking for tractor/trailer is on the side street.  Breakfast is hot.  Great for the night

Absolutely the WORST hotel I ever stayed in.  Ever.   I can confirm other's post that the place reeked.  I have never stayed in such a terrible place.  Pool sounds cool right?  My son got pink eye.  My daughter was bitten by the bed bugs and the carpet and entire room was filthy.   To top it off, they charged us an extra $86 on top if the 2 night bill of $284, which was a rip off.  I wouldn't say stay here as a last resort - I'd say camp outside.

DO NOT stay here.  The only reason we set foot in our room was because it was 2am when we arrived after a night of driving.  Shame on me for not reading reviews more closely.  Garbage EVERYWHERE, filthy carpet and walls, loud busy lobby at 2am, perfumed with weed, and the best part........no pillows or clean blankets for the sofa bed.  What hotel runs out of pillows and linens?  There was absolutely no interest in making things right for guests.  This place is a complete DUMP and I can't believe they have the audacity to charge anything more that $50 to stay here.  Go 200ft away and stay at the Crown Plaza.  You will thank yourself.  I think I need vaccinations after sleeping there.  In the words of my 5 year old "this place is disgusting".

The stay here was the worst experience for my family and I. To start off when I arrived my room was not clean/ready so they gave me another room. We get off the elevator to go to our room and immediately all we smelled was weed in the air. The room itself look in bad shape the carpets were old and worn the walls and lamps had stains. The furniture looked like they got it from a dumpster or thrift store appliances as well. The bed was the only decent piece of furniture in the entire room (they claim to have just done renovations). The bathroom had a stopped up toilet with urine and feces ready to over flow from it as well as urine on the seat. The tub had a huge dent in the floor so all the water does not drain out and had standing water in it from the last occupant who used it. When I informed the front desk they were VERY nonchalant. They came to fix the toilet but did not clean the urine. When I took my children to the pool (who were super excited) it was about 15 unattended children running around and screaming the pool and hot tub looked unkept with VERY cloudy water. The management staff is very rude and unprofessional in the manner that they speak to CERTAIN guest and when it we spoke on it “SCOTT AKIN and MIKE” states that “we are not paying for good customer service and that we are just paying for hotel service. First time I have every heard anything like that (a business clearly admitting and not caring about giving horrible customer service). Will never stay here again Choice Hotels should strongly reconsider endorsing this hotel.
