I rented a cargo van to transfer my valuables to our new home. Reserved it early and stopped by the Marco store before time to pick up to make sure it would work out for me. The staff (mostly the manager) were very courteous and supportive. The van was a new Ford, can't ask for better than that! If I were the rate the van itself, probably wouldn't be a five, but the staff was excellent. Would rent again from them. 

For the people that make the decisions on vehicle features, have you ever heard of cruise control? My van didn't have it and it was challenging to maintain correct speed, etc. on the 2500 mile trip.

We needed a second car for our Christmas visit to Marco.  Enterprise fit the bill perfectly.  Very nice personnel - Drew and a young woman could not have been more helpful. Service was swift and attentive with no surprises and no pressure for add on to the rental.  Great job. We will use Enterprise again.

The folks at the Enterprise in Marco Island were the nicest and most courteous people you could meet. They got my family out the door quickly in the exact vehicle we needed. Highly recommended

The reservations we made online through Costco were carried out without incident or problem by the staff at Enterprise. They were pleasant and helpful and the vehicles were clean and functioned without a problem. The only disappointment was a gas tank 3/4 full. We were to return the vehicle 3/4 full which is not easy to accomplish.

The manager at Marco Island was very very nice, answered our questions and provided extra information that we found helpful  on our visit.  Competent, efficient and we felt like we were his most important customer.  He made Enterprise look good.  We would book again.
