HORRIBLE experience. My 80 y/o mother was duped into getting the additional insurance after she verbally declined and initialed the contract that she was declining. Then they had her initial in another spot where she was taking the additional insurance. Her credit card was charged $1,968 for the insurance. Have made several attempts to get this rectified. The local office will not give the names or phone numbers of the people they report to. Her credit card was also charged an additional $1,050 3 months later and the bill had already been paid! There is no checks and balances at this branch. This contract should have raised a red flag with the branch manager when both areas were checked for the insurance.

Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was helped right away, the car came out really quickly, was clean. And the woman who helped me was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable.

Worst rental car experience I have had!  Had a reservation for 8 AM on Monday.  Couldn't get a ride to the location because they were so busy.  Finally got an Uber to take me there.  Walked in and the place was mobbed.  One gentleman said it best, it looked like the DMV!  Two and a half hours later, I left with my car.  I was late to my meetings and it completely derailed my day.  Upon return of the car, they overcharged me and it took over a week to rectify the billing and get an emailed copy of the receipt.  Unfortunately for me, this is the closest rental location to my home, but I will do everything in my power to avoid this place in the future.
