Because Enterprise requested a review, I'll post one.
I reserved a car on-line - prepaid - for a 10:30a.m. Saturday morning meeting about an hour's drive from the Enterprise location.
Pick-up time was 9 a.m.
The car wasn't ready. 
The substitute car wasn't ready.
While the second car was being vacuumed out, and I was trying to get in the car to leave, the rental agent starts talking insurance. 
What I thought was going to be a ~$57.00 weekend rental turned out to be a $150.00+ rental.
I didn't leave the Enterprise lot until 10:30. I received a call that the meeting was starting without me and would be over by the time I got there.
The rental car then sat in my driveway Saturday, Sunday and Monday at a cost of $150.00.
Acknowledging my agitation as I left the lot, the agent advised me to not worry, be happy!

The people who work here are incredibly nice. Please have patience with them, they're trying their best with what they have- which is, unfortunately, a very small lot and not many people on the clock at any given time because corporate and higher ups suck. They're doing their best and they're good people, especially the gentleman who helped me return my car at the front desk.

I wish there were a way to give zero stars. My husband and I reserved a car and when we got there they had no car to rent us. They told us we can't reserve a car the same day, but the system allowed it. When we complained about this, calmly, mind you, they said we were "making a scene" and called the police, telling them we wouldn't leave, when, in fact, they never even asked us to leave. When the police arrived the customers vouched for us. It was beyond ridiculous. Terrible business practices. There were 3 customers there while we were there and 2 of them were in similar situations.

This location ( Woolbright, Boynton Beach) and company are horrible. After booking my reservation, i was emailed a confirmation but no one called me to confirm (after I was told several times that someone would). I called this location (because i was asked to reach out to them to confirm that they would pick me up) for an entire day ( including their location on Federal highway, also trash) and the phone went straight to voicemail every single time. Even their general customer service center was no help. They’re only good for booking the reservation but not actually following through with it.

 Someone finally picked up the phone when it was time for me to retrieve the vehicle, but of course, the vehicle was not ready, it wasn’t even on the lot, and no one called me to notify me that that vehicle wasn’t available for pick up. Not only did they not have the vehicle ready but they also never notified me that they were not coming to pick me up as well (this was schedule also). Enterprise completely dropped the ball on this. They’re horrible at communicating with their customers. Never again will attempt to rent a car from this company, especially any of the Boynton Beach locations. 

Do yourself a favor and rent ANYWHERE else, Enterprise won’t even give you the ‘run around’, they’ll simply ignore your attempts to communicate altogether.

They were really on top of their game here. Not only had our reservation taken care of but upgraded us and explained everything. Answered all questions. A pleasurable experience. Thank you
