Had a great experience here. Walked in 10 minutes before closing and Michael helped me out. Rented a nice new Caravan and was out the door in 10 minutes. When returning I got got in traffic. I called and spoke to Michael again and told him I would get there right around 6pm which is when they close. He was very nice and told me not to worry. Thanks a lot Enterprise and Michael for making this little trip easy and stress free!

They are friendly but nobody knows how to pick up a phone! I was on hold for an hour and was still on hold when I walked in the door to extend my rental which was now late. I'm about to do the same thing again today. Taking the time out of my Sunday to go and physically extend my rental! This has been extremely inconvenient! They don't treat their costumers the way they should be treated! They just leave you to think your rental is going to be late when you're trying so hard to make sure it's not! I will never rent a car here again.

The lady at the counter was polite but needed to reboot her computer and then left us waiting at the counter for 5 minutes. We checked in, gave our credit card info, and then she took another customer while we sat around for another 10 minutes. We asked what the ETA was for us to get the car and she said it was ready. Why would she take another customer before bringing us out to our car if it was ready? After waiting for her to finish she informed us the gas tank was empty so we should just bring it back empty...what? We were in a time crunch but I had to immediately get gas. Now I have to make sure we don't fill the car up too much otherwise we'll lose that money. I use enterprise all the time and they're usually good, not so much this time.

Matt was great , called to verify when I was coming and had a beautiful Nissan truck ready for me . Took 20 minutes from start to finish . And the rate was exactly as promised !

Very good customer service. 
When I returned the car I had forgotten some stuff in the glove compartment, called them the next day and they put it away for me to pick it up. 
The prices were reasonable and the car was nice and clean.
