Renting a car here is a pain.... Reserved car not available at appointment time... Office not ready for customers when it opens,  many staff standing around in there green shirts not helping (not my job attitude).  Some staff incompetent, don't know their job.. After waiting around for 30 minutes finally got down the road with a DIRTY rental car.  Don't go there on a Monday morning, they a never ready for business...  When returning car and complaining, not much satisfaction, like talking to deaf ears...   NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS...

I reserved a car. when I went to pick it up they wouldn't let me rent it because I didn't have a credit card even though I have a debit card. They didn't bother to tell me this when I reserved the car
