The car i rented smelled like if the previous renter had HOT boxed in the car. I couldn't get rid of the smell. But service and staff were very polite and professional. Liz is fast and reliable.

The service was quick and my agent Robbie was friendly. Other than those two things I will not be renting from enterprise in the future. When I initially filled out a quote online for a 5 day rental I was quoted roughly $268.00. They tell you that there will be extra charges. BUT I really couldn't believe the amount that they charged after all was said and done...

When I arrive to pick up my rental my car I was charged about $700.00 including a rental deposit ($220) which I was well aware of. When I got home I looked at my charges and I went back in and opted out of additional charges. They add extras on the car insurance without really going into any details. After my trip I was charged the additional insurance fees which was a bummer, but next time I'll know better and shop around!

My experience was very quick and easy. The staff member and I went out to look at cars available according to my insurance plan. The first car I looked at would have been adequate for my needs but when I opened the door to look inside there was a strong cigarette smell which would not work for me. So the employee quickly directed me to another car, a grade up from my plan, and after inspecting it, he offered it to me without any additional charges. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was considerate and very eager to please.  I would definitely use this Enterprise location again.

I rented twice from Enterprise on our 6 week motor home trip this summer, once in Colorado Springs and once in Gresham.  Both experiences were excellent with pleasant and accommodating agents.  In Colorado Springs we were just over the 10 mile pick up distance, so we got a taxi to take us in and the agent offered to deduct the $30 taxi fee from our car rental bill!  Wow!  Then in Gresham we were 10 miles and 20 minutes away down a winding, hilly, forested road in a remote campground and they still picked us up and took us back.  I'm not going to waste my time doing comparison shopping anymore, I'm going straight to Enterprise.  Thanks guys!

My experiences at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Gresham have  been positive. The staff is friendly, efficient and very helpful. They work with you to make the experience as seamless as possible.
