Had a great experience, really asked for a Kia Soul at first but it was mine and my wife’s tenth anniversary, and we were upgraded to a Nissan Altima. Enjoyed the car, would be glad to mention to any friends or family, to rent from enterprise. GREAT JOB

I had a very stressful experience dealing with insurance after a harrowing car accident and had to drive a rental car for a month. Enterprise was very helpful, competent, and friendly with their service. They gave me a free upgrade when they didn't have the size I was looking for and were very accommodating throughout the entire experience. I can definitely recommend this location and will be using them again in the future if I ever need to rent a car again. Thank you Alex, Tony and all the other staff that really lessened my stress! ♥️

ENTERPRISE SURE HAS CHANGED!!!
I've only, EVER, used Enterprise and I've been renting from them for 20 years. It's always been a pleasant experience, until lately. Out of my last 5 rentals here...3 times the gas tank was completely empty (your refueling station is literally across the street), 4 times there was disgusting dog hair AND dog food/treats all throughout the vehicle (literally takes 3 minutes to vacuum a car), 1 time wasn't given the free upgrade I earned, 3 times I received attitude when informing them about the dog hair (not everyone thinks your furry friend, or walking around covered in their fur, is cute!!) and ALL 5 TIMES THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN FILTHY (inside and out)... Like, don't you have a WHOLE POSITION SOLELY dedicated to this? Car detailer is what they call it on your career website (wash, vacuum, fuel, maintenance, etc...???)
** I remember the day when you used to pick up a clean, freshly washed, fully gassed, vacuumed out rental vehicle from an eager/happy Enterprise employee.**
That is what got me returning, everytime,  for the past 20 years. Boy, are those days gone! Since Enterprise no longer holds minimum standards, they've lost a loyal customer of 20 years. SO LONG, ENTERPRISE!!!

The whole process was super easy and fast, reservation made online picked up on site and had received a 50% discount on a Premium SUV upgrade. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this company for any car rental needs.
