We didn't even get to rent a car! They had us believing that there was a car big enough for 6, and when we got there they told us to have my smallest child sit on a lap! I would rather drive to another town.

Worst experience!!!! My car insurance company rented me a car from here because my car and home were damaged in the recent tornado. 5 days into the rental the vehicle has a MECHANICAL breakdown and will not start. Enterprise says I'm responsible for towing and repairs. Do not go to Enterprise at Bill Walsh in Ottawa

Worst experience ever. The car broke down 2x, had to get towed. This place won't issue a refund or give us another car. Go to Morris, we had NO ISSUES there.
