I reserved a car online and they told me to add some fee because I am younger than 25years.That’s Okay to me,so I booked and send My information to them. But after a night, when I walked over 30m to come to this shop and ready to pick up a car, they told me that I can’t rent car because I’m only 24years old. But my online reservation was success！The thing is, they didn’t send any Email or phone call to tell me about this when I just reserved the car online.

I rented the car in Weehauken, NJ to get a good price. It was very easy to get to the location from Manhattan. The agent was super!! I'm sorry I did not get his name. He was friendly and efficient. He drove me in the shuttle to pick up the car and explained all the details - gas tank, push button ignition, parking brake, lights, wipers - and where and how to return the car, either drop box or during regular hours. He was very helpful and nice. He told me where to find the bus back to NY. I was very pleased.

Run away!!!!! I rented a car while visiting Las Vegas to go check out grand canyon. Once I got back to NY, I got an email from Sixt, stating I had "DAMAGED" the vehicle. They sent me pictures of the cars with a few rock chips on the hood and a mark on the wheel. I've rented from other companies multiple times and never got a bill for rock chips. I found it super weird, like, am I suppose to not drive the car that I rented to avoid rock chips? Never renting from them AGAIN!

Friendly service, good, cheap rental cars. Since it's in the Weehawken ferry terminal, it's so much easier to come in from Manhattan and rent here to escape the insane NYC prices for rental cars.
