My company uses Enterprise for car rentals, so I've been doing business with this Enterprise location for two years. About four months ago, I moved out of town, but the customer service I've received at this location has been so excellent that I refuse to use any other Enterprise location. So, I drive back to Gainesville every week to pick up a rental. 

Some of my colleagues have legitimate complaints about their Enterprise locations, but I consistently brag about "my Enterprise." This branch is managed by Sarah, who is utterly phenomenal at what she does. She provides professional service with a personal touch. Quite often, associates Blaine and Matthew are the ones who handle my transactions, and I am always certain everything will be correct and I will receive outstanding customer service when they're on the job. 

I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone in the area and to anyone, like me, who's willing to drive a little further to receive high quality customer service.

Booked car online, very easy and fast. When I arrived to pick the care up I was greeted by a friendly associate. Transaction was very smooth, easy and fast. Will be a return customer and will highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I rented a vehicle for the thanksgiving holiday for my family of 5 to get to Tampa Florida, Two miles from the destination on thanksgiving eve, the transmission went out in the truck. I called the roadside and was informed that they didn't have any extra vehicles at the time and was told to drive the truck (which wouldn't go over 15mph) to the nearest airport 22 miles away where they too had nothing to give me. turned into a three day fiasco and completely ruined our vacation. I know they had nothing to do with the failure of the original truck, but they should've had more vehicles set aside for these instances. maybe ill try Hertz next time.

Tim Swaney picked us up from the train station.
He was very polite and professional. When we got to the office he handled all our transactions. The car was clean and well inspected unlike another car rental place I delt with. The office was nice staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely rent from this enterprise car rental again on my next visit.

It is always a pleasure to do business at Enterprise Rent A Car at 2325 Brownsbridge Road in Gainesville, Ga. All the staff are true professionals in all aspect. The cars are always neat, clean and well maintained. I am a frequent renter. It is always an enjoyable experience.
