Verify EVERYTHING with the reservations people...

I called approximately five different times to get and verify information through the reservations number. I had a tentative reservation and each time I spoke with someone I told them I'd like to get a Camry or the equivalent. When I called the last time, just before my trip, I asked again about the Camry (thank goodness!) and was told, "Oh, I'm sorry! The Camry is a premium car. You reserved a full size car."  Either the booking agents had some sort of communication difficulty or this was a deliberate bait and switch ploy. Either way, I don't like having plans I made weeks in advance go awry the day before a trip. I had to book elsewhere to get what I needed.

I will say I booked with this location in December-January when my car was being repaired from an accident and I got a nice, clean Camry, check in and out was super quick and the clerks were all friendly. I wish the reservations people hadn't messed this booking up because my experience with their competitor was much worse.

Bad services I gave them second change they fail . The car had scratches and dirty . Don't waste your time in this location.
