I don't know what it is about these other reviews but I have nothing bad to say about this location. I had Alex help me and she was great. She was professional, kind, and even offered me a couple different free upgrades when they didn't have the car that I had reserved. She was very thorough with all the paperwork and all the different ways I can protect the rental. These other people must have done something wrong or didn't get their own way. I would recommend this location and Alex to anyone. I will definitely be back!

I was never TOLD the correct information needed to use a debit card. So, I was denied rental on day of reservation because I hadn't paid that months utility bill, which I needed when using debit card. So I paid bill on the phone right then and was still denied because the company didn't show I had paid late fee's, even though I had just paid them on the phone. The manager refused to look at my bank statement online to show that I had just paid it. I called the online customer support and Selena gave me no help. Poor customer service after giving 10 years of being a good customer.

Worst experience. Do not deal with Alex. She boldface lied to me to get me to buy the insurance which she stated the 18.99 one was required. When I asked why is it not quoted in the price, she said "because we are a national company and each state has different rules" which led me again to falsely believe the basic insurance was required. When my very irate fiancé who rents cars all the time called customer service to complain because he knew I had been duked, all the rep did was call Alex who once again lied and said I made it all up and the rep did nothing. Really, cause I want to pay 18.99 a day for nothing? When I dropped the car off she did not have the courtesy to say hi, sorry for the misunderstanding, or anything, simply did not acknowledge me in front of her at all. Will NEVER go here again and if the other guys were not so courteous and nice, I would have not drove the car at all. Ridiculous practices and immaturity.

I received a rental vehicle from this company, because someone rear ended my wife and the insurance was supposed to cover it. I was asked to put $250 down but it would be reimbursed. When the insurance company hadn't contacted them yet after a week, without my consent, enterprise started charging my bank account $100 everyou couple days. Now I've had almost $700 taken from my account, the insurance company has communicated that they are paying 100% of the cost, but enterprise is trying to only reimburse $389 of the money they have stolen from me. Myself nor anyone should ever give this company especially this location their card information. As far as I'm concerned, they have stolen from me, and I will be disputing with my bank. This company has been horrible to work with. Made an already stressful situation even more stressful.

It's great having access to a quality rental car company in this somewhat remote area. I didn't realize that Enterprise was here until it was recommended by a local body shop that I was using for car repairs. Reservations were easy. The car was available when I arrived to pick it up, a recent model, clean and ready to go. The representative checking me out was professional, cordial and thorough, explaining all the options without over selling. I was pleased by the experience and will use Enterprise again should the need arise.
