The service renting the car was great , had no problems at all. But when they say said they will have a driver to take me back home, from returning the car,that was crazy, The "driver" was an old retired man with noting  to do at home ,so he'll drive people around. He kinda just took his time getting me home after i told them I was on my lunch hour,then we had to wait for another customer complete her return, cause then they want to carpool people!!!!!!! I am not interested in strangers knowing where i live. I think that can be very dangerous,, will not recommend anyone asking for a ride home.

I had to have a rental due to repairs being done on my vehicle. October 9, 2017 it was raining and flooding in our area and it was a Monday. I get to Enterprise in LaGrange and the place was packed! My information was not completely transferred from the insurance company and I was frustrated, after all it was a Monday, pouring rain, a line and wait time and information not all together. In spite of it all Jessica Dowling was a saint. She maintained a calm in the midst of multiple customers and me not understanding how things were a mess. She worked everything out, made everything right. Jessica is a treasure for Enterprise. She was genuine, not condescending or patronizing, a skill that is not common. I appreciate her making the best out of the situation and resolving as quickly as possible the needs of many individuals at Enterprise that morning while keeping a smile and efficiently handling each of our needs. She turned a potentially poor experience into a good one.

They almost ruined my whole wedding day!!! We were misinformed after driving 12 hours to this location the day before our wedding. We rented a car previously and found used drug needles in the glove box so upon our return they promised a two day rental and upgrade. Once we arrived there the SUV we reserved was not there, then the other ones were either dirty or we had to wait on them to arrive. Then although this was a free two day rental we were asked to reserve with a $200 deposit (which was not a problem) so we tried to use our bank debit card the same one we used before and they said it was not a major credit card (although we used it the last time we rented a SUV at the same place) and I even discussed this with Brian who made our reservation and he said it wouldn't be an issue. Basically we wasted 12 hours,and had to double up and ruin most of of wedding attire, and decor because of cramped travel arrangements! Our wedding was in Gatlinburg,TN. We were renting this SUV from Lagrange, GA. We live in Ohio so the only reason we drive all the way to this location was because we were promised a free rental,and we needed the SUV to travel with our wedding items so they would not be ruined!! I would NEVER advise anyone to use them!! Rent a car in Columbus,Auburn,or Atlanta!!
