I rented a car in Scottsdale on Jan.24th. The agent was great to call and confirm the day prior, and was to deliver to the resort by 8am. I was waiting for the delivery early, yet once 8:15 arrived I called the office. The gentleman informed me he had sent the car. At approximately 8:25 the car arrived. All arrangements had been made early thru the link on the resorts web site, so it should have been an easy drop off and go, 20 minutes later, we finally had a car. Needless to say, this was not a great way to start a vacation. Drop of was great as there was a place to drop off the car at the resort, I was to call and let them know about the drop off. Well, of course there was no answer at the office or even the toll free number, Much frustration, also had a free upgrade which was not given, but after all the hassle I just wanted a car to drive. The car  was a bare bones car, but got us to where we were going. 
Thanks for at least providing the service at the resort, made it much easier for pick up and drop off.

Had a GREAT experience at this location. Ian helped me the entire process and I was looking for a specific vehicle and as always, I know they have a hard time guaranteeing exactly what you might get. But I called Ian a few days before to check availability and he told me he would have to check and then called be back 20 min later to tell me that it would be the vehicle I requested! And it was, and it worked perfectly for my needs. After-hours turn in was easy and since this is a yearly function I hope to rent from them each year at this time!!!!!

I have been renting from this Enterprise for 10 years.  I've always had a great vehicle and tremendous customer service.  The employees are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful.

Ian is the epitome of a great employee. Excellent customer service, positive attitude.  We had a long term rental and he took care of us from beginning to end. If I had my own business I would hire him immediately and double his salary.

Had a wonderful experience with Enterprise recently- rented a 7 person van to drive out of town guests in town for Thanksgiving! It was a brand new van and was very affordable! I always have a good experience renting from enterprise!!
