I have been using enterprise since 1995, and this was a horrible experience.  Vehicle was hit in the hospital parking lot and was picking up the rental car so I could pick up my wife and new born son from the hospital. Apparently I agreed to additional charges. Was in a rush and wasn't fully paying attention. Management would not help me with the  additional charges that I was unaware. Then the manager hung up in mid conversation. When the manager was called back, he justified hanging up by saying that he was finished with the conversation, even though I had further questions to the additional charges on my card. He also added that the added charges was agreed upon and that was too bad I was not happy.  I will not being going back to this location again.

I rent a lot from this location for work. Generally, the cars are fairly clean, but the windows are less than desirable on the inside. It really wouldn't take much longer to go over them with a micro cloth. 
The service is always very good at this location.
Will continue to rent from here.

The staff at this location is extremely helpful and accommodating.  As you know cars are mechanical and things can go wrong.  We had some issues with our tire, brought the car back and they sent it across the street for a tire repair.  We thought all is good, the next day, still had an issue with the tire (slow leak).  Brought the car back, and was given an upgrade to a bigger SUV at no additional cost and was compensated for our troubles.  We will now pick up our rentals from this location because the staff was so helpful and truly cared about troubles.  Thank you!

The service at this location was awesome... The staff was friendly, and they had me in and and out of there in no time at all. I reserved my car ahead of time online, which saved a lot of time. I plan on renting again in November, and will be renting from this same location...

This place was fast, efficient, and the people are great. They do not try to force all their extra products on you, and I felt zero pressure for upgrades. It was the best car rental experience.
