Great car and easy rental but they charged me for two extra days on my card. Called them over a month ago and was told the charges would be back on my card in 14 Days. Still haven’t had the refund and it’s been 31 days.

The "manager" Nikki Wilson is one of the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I booked a reswevation, had a confirmation number, when I arrived Nikki rudely told me they do not have the size car I wanted. She rudely said "it's based on returns not a guarantee." I asked why she did not call and tell me, and I would have went somewhere else. She stated why would I waste my time doing that? Do you want a car or not. If this POS worked for me, she would be fired. Do not use this location.
