The Nissan Sentra was brand new.  I recommend going directly through Enterprise. The travel websites will send you across town, while these guys can get way more specific rental locations. Customer service couldn't be more pleasant and we got a free ride home. This was as smooth as a rentals could be. Just a tip, if you're going to Mexico, they won't let you buy "Mexican Insurance" from anyone else. It's their policy. Either way, it was roughly the same price as my own personal car insurance quoted me ($39 per day) for the 3 day's.

Excellent customer service. I was here today to pick up a car while mine is being repaired nearby, and the employee (I can't remember his name unfortunately) that helped me out was awesome. The insurance company refused to give me a SUV but he upgraded me to one anyways. Will definitely be coming back to this location for all future rentals.

The experience of renting the car at this location and returning it to Sky Harbor Airport was quick, easy and basically a pleasurable experience.  The Camry we rented was sufficient and reliable.  However, the 3 stars is because the tires had very little tread.  This showed up especially when the rains came.  Very little traction on the wet streets.  Enterprise made a compensation for this as they say it should never have happened.  I appreciated this gesture.  When we returned the vehicle, the associate sent it immediately for new tires.  Yes, I will use Enterprise again, but will check the tires before I take the car.  And yes, I do recommend this company to others.  Thank you.

The line in the morning was long, but it moved fairly quickly. Return was a breeze. Looking for that special exotic car for a weekend getaway or a special night out? They have them. The prepaid gas option wasn't offered which might have been less than filling it myself.

Very courteous staff.  Efficient rental experience.  Time from showing license to walking out to car was extremely short.   Almost new car was very clean.
