We have rented from this Enterprise location many times and have been very satisfied. It is a convenient location and the staff is friendly and accommodating. On this most recent occasion, we rented a Dodge Grand Caravan for a trip from Phoenix to Los Angeles. The Caravan is a good mini-van and suited our needs but this one had a very heavy smell of smoke in it. My wife and I to use air freshener and cinnamon sticks during our trip to make the interior bearable. To Enterprise's credit, upon listening to our complaint when we returned the car, they gave us a substantial discount on a rental we had already reserved for December. So while Enterprise shouldn't have allowed this car to be rented before getting the smell out, they were responsive to our concerns. The service rep who helped us was very nice and didn't hesitate to offer the discount on our next rental. Overall, we are satisfied and will use this Enterprise location in the future.

We have been very happy with Sebastian and Matt, most professional and easy to deal with. We have rented from them on numerous occasions getting good cars, prices and friendly service. The Dunlap St. store works for us.

My family has used Enterprise for many years and we've always had a good experience.  Most recently we were able to take advantage of the Weekend Special for a trip down to Tucson.  This is one awesome special I hope never goes away!  It's great for short trips over a long weekend!!

I have been a loyal customer of enterprise for 8 years. I have never been charge road service fee until now.  The ground lady that picked me up almost hit a guy on a bike.  This will be the last time I rent from enterprise.
