Awesome experience with Enterprise while my car was being repaired. They provided me with a top of the line brand new vehicle. I thought my car would only be in the shop fora week or so but it ended up being several weeks. Fortunately Enterprise was very understanding and made sure I was happy with the rental for the remainder of the time I needed to use it. The staff is friendly and professional. They also make it very convenient for you to pick up and return their cars. I ❤️ Enterprise!

Faustino assisted me with my rental when I found out my repairs at van collision would take a little longer than expected. He went the extra mile to make sure I was well taken care of and was very professional and efficient given my last minute predicament. I highly recommend both companies and am glad I chose to go with this Enterprise. Thank you!

Not bad renting a car for a week for 300 dollars.. they don't charge u for miles unless u go out of state.

There was a mix up of the pick up time for the truck I was renting. I had to keep following up with the center to make sure there weren't any hickups. When I got the truck it wasn't cleaned and it only had a 1/4 tank of gas. It would be better service if the vehicle was rented with a full tank of gas and cleaned. When I was driving the truck the liner almost popped out of the the bed of the truck, I had to tie it down with a rope.

Other than that I was in and out at the center and the same when I returned. This office seems to be quite understaffed. That may be the reason for the issues I encountered.
