Reserved a car, prepaid for it, showed up and was told they didn't have any cars to rent.  Claimed they had been trying to round one up for days... Yet couldn't call to even inform me.  What a sham business. I read reviews that informed this happened to other people, well believe it!  In my state their operation would be illegal.

Don't waste your time here. Went down for a bachelor party and wanted to add people to our contract. We asked if there were any additional charges for doing so and we were told no, so we added everyone in our party. Got back to the airport at the end of the trip and we find out there's a $10.00 per day, per person charge for adding additional drivers. Make sure you get something in writing if you ever deal with these people.

Edit: contacted customer service and explained the situtation. They got back to me within 2 days and issued me a refund for the misunderstanding. Great customer service.

Simona (sp?) was wonderful!!! She checked me in early without a problem and made sure that all details with the car was set for me to return it to another location. I appreciate how hard she worked and how nice she was. I definitely recommend this place. I got the car I wanted without issue.

Small office hidden inside the embassy suites. But means less waiting to get your in and get out with your rental.

I had a great experience at Dollar. They had the car I wanted. It was clean and comfortable. The price was exactly what I was quoted from Hotwire. Simona was a pleasant and knowledgeable sales associate.
