I travel 70+ days a year across to nation. I rent cars on every trip. This enterprise rental on 555 W. Bell Road in North Phoenix Arizona in hands down to best rental car company and location that I have ever experienced. Kate and Izzy are absolutely outstanding! Over the top customer service, not just for a rental car company but for any of the leading customer focused organizations.  Even if you must, go out of your want to rent from Kate or Izzy, it will be the best part of your day and be well worth your trip.

I needed a car in a jam and I picked it up from the 7th street location and dropped it off at the Bell location.  Both teams were extremely professional, very nice and accommodating beyond measure.  If this is Enterprises culture I am extremely impressed.  I was a needy customer who kept extending the length of rental and I misinterpreted the details of the contract. EVERYONE involved was awesome and will rent again from them for sure...except be a smarter customer next time.

Demanded that I have certain verifications to rent a car. Like the lease to my home, utility bill and proof of income. They insisted I provide these with an hour to closing. While going home called the customer rep line, who stated those docs weren't needed. Went back with necessary docs and they didn't even look at them, just said, oh good, you have them.

Normally we would rate our experience a 5-star, however when we rented from this location in the beginning of November, they did not have the car we requested. Instead we were given a truck. While I understand it was an model upgrade, we did not want a truck without running boards. We were staying with friends who have a difficult time getting in and out of a vehicle without running boards. We asked to have a vehicle and the representatives told us that they only had three vehicles available. It is unfortunate that this occurred especially after we made the reservation someone called to confirm. Please please please have the right cars at the locations when they are requested. Lastly, it is unfortunate that we were told we could go to another location to get the right car. They should  have called another location and had our requested car at this location when we arrived.

You wouldn't be at the rental car counter unless you were without transportation, right? Wrecked car, need larger vehicle temporarily, traveling and don't want miles on personal vehicle, etc. Stressful to say the least. Why make it worse. Go to 3rd Street and Bell Rd, Armin (armeen) and his staff are the best. The best. You deserve it.
