I have been renting from the same Deer Valley location for 6-years now and the customer service just keeps getting better and better. The team that works there really treats you like family. They always make my experience a pleasant one.  I would recommend them to anyone who wants to rent a car.

Clean, spacious facility and the best customer service (on pick-up and return) that I’ve experienced in any rental car location.  The emphasis on customer services is definitely appreciated.

Watch the pricing they give you for rental. There is the daily rate to rent the vehicle pet day,  plus the gas, plus the levels of insurance that they'll conveniently neglect to tell you or in small print posted on the wall, plus anything else they forgot to tell you. FYI, if you don't ask about insurance or specifics regarding the gas, you can expect that those will be surprise charges on your final bill.  In addition, they will auto hold $250 against your card and till the chorus returned so they say. 
I expect that this is the minimum they expect to collect for your rental. For example I was expecting to pay around $72 per day for a 2 day rental. I was expecting about a $160 or roughly under $200 charge for the 2 days. But the actual charge calculated well over the to $250 held on the card. Again all of those plus plus plus's they neglect to inform you about. 
In my case, I opted not to rent from them as they were not forthcoming with the total charges. This was less about the money, more about the integrity of their biz practices. I don't pay for nonsense!

I was initially unhappy with service as I had to wait for  about an hour and 15 mins to get the car. But when we returned the car the manager of the place, Brian gave us 20% discount. He apologized for the delay. I have been booking enterprise almost every weekend and has good customer service. This was just once. I had given bad  review initially but service was nice the next time, so I have given 5 stars.
