Wow, horrible service.  I had reserved a car, last minute,  for 2 weeks, only to get a call saying that they didn't have my size car.  He tried to talk me into paying more for a bigger car.  Then when I didn't want the bigger car, he did everything in his power to talk me out of renting the car.  Fine, you don't want my money, I will gladly go somewhere else.  Don't go through these guys unless last minute you don't want a car

The people were very nice and friendly. Admittedly, ours was a unique case with unfortunate time constraints which may have led to our choice of vehicles - a small Ford Focus or a large Dodge Journey. Because we had a long way home we took the Focus. It would have been nice to have at least one option other than these two. Otherwise, check-in and Check out were quick and painless. Overall it was a good experience.

I give two stars and that's because I really enjoyed the car I rented. It was very clean and drove perfectly. Customer service at this location needs improvement. They need to be more clear about their credit/debit card policies. They also don't offer rides as advertised.

Manager Daqg Westgaaard and staff are great. I have been using Enterprise a lot over the past 3 years, I have not had a bad experience, Motor city, Colorado Springs is the best run office I have dealt with.

We rent lots of cars due to the job that we carry. Often times it's a less than satisfactory experience, especially being young, it seems people don't often take you very seriously or count you as trustworthy, not even giving you a chance. When we first walked in we got stopped fairly quickly and for a moment it seemed this would be a similar experience, then Caleb stepped in and literally made the experience awesome. He was willing to work with us to give us the best service he could. The car that we got was dirty, it had definitely been driven by some people who had no respect for others' property, but this is a perfect example of how simple customer service (a deteriorating concept in today's age) can overcome about anything in a service industry. Thanks Caleb for doing your best. He genuininely took time and extra effort to make the experience of not so much driving the car better, but make us feel valued as people, something a car ride could never really do, breaking the mold to make a way for us to leave satisfied and even offering simple fun conversation to make things even more enjoyable.
