This place is the worst customer service I have ever had. They had had a kid sign an insurance firm when he already had full coverage insurance. Needless to say, they stole over 700.00 out of his checking account, leaving him and his wife and new baby homeless at Christmas!!!  Great job manager Twan. Merry Christmas to you.

This place is a joke if you get a car from them make sure you read the fine details and understand when you signed that paper they have a bunch of hidden things and be prepared to pay 500+ dollars for insurance when you drop it off that you didnt even need or sign up for they are the biggest rip off  people ever!!!!!  Never go to them !!!!!!!!!  They take advantage  of people.

I had a horrible experience renting from this location.. And truely received the worst customer service ever from Twan.. I will never return to this location!

I was in a accident and the insurance company send me to Hertz so been on a rush to get a vehicle we took the 1st and cheaper car the rental car company took advantage of my rush and charge me for a bogus liability insurance for $596 and the rental car was $43.04 what a ripoff worse company ever twan was very disrespectful does not desserve the position of a manager. Also not to include making decisions in your company. Many 1star ratings when trying to hit 5star should say enough in that matter. Get a manager that can step up in your company to take you to the next level not shut you down.
