Our late night flight into COS was on time but near the closing for the Enterprise desk so there was no room for error.  The pleasant staff member had our reservation in hand and we were out in 2 minutes with the keys.  Our car was ready to go and we were on our way.  Our return several days later for our early flight out was before the E-desk opened but we parked our car, went inside, dropped off the keys in the designated box, signed the Enterprise clip board and checked in with the airline.  Enterprise had my email receipt to me just a few hours later.  My point is that there were no problems, everything operated as it should.  That's been my experience with Enterprise locally as well as on long distance trips as this one was.  Thanks; we'll see you again.

Always a very good experience. Their people are very good and quite pleasant to do business with. I rent several times a month here. Never a bad experience.

I like the COS Airport for it's smaller size and more manageable lines. The booths for car rental outside are small (once you've rented at the counter), and the process was a little longer than anticipated. But I was early for the rental and the car was getting cleaned/washed. It was brought to the curb for me, and was a great car for a lot of miles. The drop off was a little unusual (there was no one working the Enterprise booth, but they had folks next door at National who could help). Overall an easy process and a good car. I'll be using them again (actually, tomorrow). The price at Enterprise is so much better than at other companies--I appreciate the value and low-hassle process.

I was sent to Colorado Springs for a 6 week work trip. Chad took amazing care of me and also booked a reservation for my mother who was visiting out of town. Best rental experience I've had yet!

Very quick in and out process. Staff was pleasant. The car was exactly what we wanted. It was very clean. We had no problems.
