I have been renting from this location for five years and got exceptional service from Tiffany and Katie.   They are always friendly and professional.    I highly recommend recommending from this location for local rentals and drop offs to/from DIA and COS.  Even though there are closer car rental companies to my home and office I rent from them always.  That is how good they are.

Says immediate family can be added free of charge on line. The people here says no it cost 65 more dollars. Watch your pocket book here looks like they are out for every dollar they can get...... be warned.

I usually find that Avis has the best rates, but beyond the rate,  I am always treated with respect and a true willingness to provide value to the service.  I have been to many other companies and at times be given cars that were not in the size range I had reserved or felt like I was dealing with someone that didn't care or was arrogant.  I have always left the 8th Street office feeling like my needs and concerns were served by someone that cared.

FRAUD. I rented a car from them a day AFTER the huge hail storm on Thursday, July 28, 2016.  On Saturday morning, the 30th,  I picked up a car from them. I returned the car a couple of days later. Now,  in October , I get a bill from them for  $10,000 for hail damage and vague other damages. I do not know how many old ladies they rip off like this but I am not one of them. This is crazy. You  rent a car for a couple of days and months later they try to rip off you and/or your insurance company?

Never had a problem until today. They called me 11:57am today to tell me the rental I had reserved for 12pm today I was not going to get bc they were closing at noon when the website says open until 6 and I have had a noon reservation for weeks. But they were sorry they couldn't wait 5 minutes for me to come as they were literally locking up. They have already pre-charged my credit card though! I will never ever use them again and I will tell everyone everywhere the same!
