Everyone at Budget was extremely nice, attentive & thorough in my booking. Monica was the amazing agent that welcomed me after a delayed and stressful flight causing changes to my rental. She definitely went above & beyond to provide prompt & exceptional customer care! (She even reccommended a great burger place for the hungry traveler)
  I sincerely hope Monica is still at Budget when I return to Colorado Springs next year. Definitely the BEST rental experience ever!!! Thanks Monica!! : )

Friendly, warm employees. Clean, well maintained cars. Easy in and out.  Fast service front to back. What more could you want? Do not hesitate to read from Budget when visiting Colorado Springs.

This was my first time ever getting a rental care ever. I flew in late at night at COS.Before grabbing my bag at baggage claim I went to go get my rental. Told the person my name, information , ID etc. That was needed to get my rental. However, I booked it through Priceline, and was told I didn't need a credit card that a debit card will work. As long as you have your ID. So thinking there wasn't going to be an issue. The man working ( I didn't catch his name) but reading from the other reviews it probably was Dennis. He had told me that a debit card will not work because I was not flying out the same day I was returning the car. I was in complete shock and told him that's all I have is a debit card.
Luckily, I was visiting a friend so they came and got me. I called the next day to figure the situation out. The lady I spoke with (Monica) told me they do accept debit card as long as they see an ID and flight itinerary. So I went back to the airport. Monica and Brian were working at the desk and were very helpful. They apologize for the inconvenience of last night that I  should have been able to pick up my rental. Thanks to them they made me enjoy my experience.

Had a wonderful experience renting a car from Budget at the Colorado Springs Airport.  Rental counter located right in the terminal and vehicles right out in front, no need to ride a shuttle.  Drop off was just just as simple.
