Friendly and quick service. They worked well with my insurance company, but someone deleted the car reservation after 2 days. I had to work late both days, and wasn't able to call them back. Besides that, everything else was great.

Great service! Was not looking forward to driving a small car while my SUV was in the shop. I was VERY surprised to have a GMC Yukon waiting for me that she ( I believe Courtney) got approved through insurance!! Great service!!

Great customer service! Courtney was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicles available. I would utilize this Hertz again in a heartbeat!!

Hertz will slapped you with a 500$ bill when online your quote is half that. Not impressed.

Booked a vehicle ahead of time over the internet. Got to the place, they said they didn't have any cars. I asked how that could be if I booked online. They said that the online system doesn't tie into the store's system so it can't read what vehicles are available and which ones aren't. To me, that doesn't make any sense. They told me to call the store instead of doing online. What an extreme inconvenience!
