These guys are AMAZING. If they had more stars I would give it to them. They saved my Christmas. I had a car reserved with enterprise for 5 months. After they jerked me around the day I was to pick up my car, I didn't have one. Thank you zippy. These guys hooked me up with a car days before Christmas at a great rate. They were so good to me. The car was awesome and drove so great. My next step is to get in there and buy a vehicle from zippy. Such a hassle free place and everyone there is so down to earth.

We travelled from VA to CO and ran into issues trying to pick up our rental car from Budget in the CO Springs Airport. After calling over a dozen different places, we landed on Zippy's and they were able to put us in a car for the remaining two days of our trip. We let them know that we would be flying home on a Sunday and they informed us that they would be closed but to drop the keys off and they would mail us our deposit. We called the next day to make sure the deposit was still being returned and we were told it was being mailed out. This was on 10-15-17. A week later, our deposit had not arrived so I called them again. I was told I would get a call back and never did. The next day I got a voicemail stating that they forgot to mail it out and that it would in fact be sent out 
"today" this was 10-24-17. So far, we still have not received our deposit. I appreciate them being able to help us when we were in need but HIGHLY disappointed in their clear lack of professionalism and the fact that had I not called them repeatedly, we would still be sitting here wondering where the heck our money was. I will gladly update this review IF we receive our money back.

I was from out of town and all the main rental car dealers were sold out, I was skeptical of going to a local shop at first, but they gave me great customer service and everything was smooth and fast.  I dont usually do reviews, but I walked out of there thinking I gotta give them their credit.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Aaron was great and more than accommodating to us. The car was awesome, Nissan Altima which was very nice. Highly recommend!

I have been meaning to do this since June and being one who runs a local company and knowing the importance of sharing fantastic experiences, it is better to be late than never at all :) I was a skeptic  because of reviews and them not requiring a credit card ( I was afraid the experience was going to be an "I knew better" one).  I really had no choice since I do not own any credit cards (my mother raised me with NO CREDIT CARDS) and needed to rent a vehicle for an out of state visit.  There were a few little kinks but the staff worked them all out for my husband and I.  Not only did they make it beyond right but honored my original quote no questions asked.  The van we used ran great. Great gas mileage too. We got our deposit back with no problems.  My husband and I were greatly satisfied with the service, the product and the outcome and would use again.
