I rented a car for 6 days and had some trouble in the beginning of my rental. I immediately reached out to the store I picked it up from (this one) and got a weird response as to why what had happened, happened. Annoyed, I dealt with it on my own. Upon returning the new car I picked up during my trip, I was greeted by one of the managers (her name is escaping me) but she was AMAZING. All of my issues were resolved and she is the reason this store is getting 5 stars. I could not have asked for better customer service from a management team member. Highly recommend this location as the management is there to help in any way.

Our experience was a great one from start to finish.  We got a call to let us know when our rental was available.   We got a call to make sure the customer service representative was polite and informative.  We also got a call from a representative to let us know when our rental was due back .  Overall customer service was fantastic.

I typically have an easy time renting a vehicle and using it for work. This time was the same, except on the second day of the drive, I have a flat tire. I changed the tire and call an Enterprise in Miss. They had me come right in change out vehicles, and continue you my trip to Texas. The service is always great, and this trip proved to be the same.

The rental car experience was perfect.  
My 3 Star vs 5 star rating is because I had to deposit the keys in the Dropbox ( after hours) and have still not received a receipt.  (5 days later and counting ). 🤔
Since this was a business use I waited  2 days to send the expense. After  no response, I just used the original pricing and hope it is close to the actual amount  😑
