I rent a TON! Over 75 personal rentals a year and only tend to leave reviews for exceptional service!  The extraordinary experience I received working with Georgia at the Charlotte airport is one of those instances. She is truly an diamond in the rough. Thank you Georgia for all that you do! You definitely put a smile on my face after a long day of travel! I have a choice who I rent with and you are one more reason I choose Hertz over all other rental companies. I sincerely hope the next time we meet you have moved into a bigger role with the company!

I love Hertz!! Awesome selection of cars and choose your own car in your zone works out great for me. Everyone was courteous and showed me where my zone was and I picked up my car and showed them my license and card that was paid with and drove off. Seamless and I will be patronizing again and very soon.

Amazing staff that was eager to help us figure out things to do around the area. They're really good at recommending places to eat and were delighted to answer any questions we had. They carefully explained all the terms of the rental and we never felt out of place or lost picking up or returning our vehicle.

I would give you less then one star if offered. Rented a car this morning and cannot get you on the phone to adjust some charges. Have been trying since 2 this afternoon. Do you ever answer your phone? The main number was of no help. Everyone claimed no knowledge of anything. Hertz, you have zero customer service!!!!  What a wasted day of no answers. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!

Larry is the bomb - love this man - made my difficult situation with Expedia a breeze because he was so cool! Him and Ken helped put me in touch with their manager, Mike, who honored Expedia's originally booked rate...these guys are seriously awesome...car was clean and they had a nice selection-which they allow the customer to choose from! How cool is that?! Larry, I will be back to see you, my man! Thanks for a smooth sailing sendoff to a cool trip to S. Carolina, guys!!!
