It is hysterical how bad this place is. I have never seen an entire staff be this awful. These reviews are 100% accurate. The manager is worse then the employees!

They accused me of having a dog in the car. My dog died in Janauary! The employee forced me to get the vehicle vacuumed. He was rude. The only reason I did it was because of an outrageous fee if I didnt. I will never do business with Hertz again. I didn't choose this location. State farm sent me here. I have since switched from State farm to gieco after years of being with state farm, just because of how awful these employees are. Just a total joke.

Listen to the other reviews this place is TERRIBLE. I had placed a reservation a week ago and they called to tell me the they didn't have any cars 45 mins before my meeting time. The meeting time was at 6pm WHEN THEY CLOSE. They said it was "first come first serve" regardless if you placed a reservation. The person who called to give me this "nice curtasy call" also would not answer any of my questions and kept repeating that it was just a "curtasy call". They didn't bother to ask if I wanted to reschedual or anything. They were incredibly rude and unreliable. Don't bother with this place.

Horrible experience. The rudest group of employees I have ever witnessed in any company, anywhere.
 The car was dirty, scratched, dented, and there warning lights on the dash... So they sent my fiance out in an unsafe vehicle. They were to much in a hurry to close on time at 6!!, to even go over the vehicle with her and just left her standing in the parking lot waiting. 
 I use hurtz for company business mainly the airport location and never have we had issues like this. We will never use South Blvd, nor will we ever send any business there.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCALE! Read the prior reviews...they are true! The customer service at this Hertz location is beyond pathetic. I reserved a car online, only to discover that my “confirmation” would not be honored because they did not have enough cars. The desk clerk and store manager were unwilling to help and appeared to care less about providing any semblance of customer service.
