Vehicle was nice. Staff courteous. We we wanted to drop off vehicle after hours. Started calling facility 45 minutes before closing to find out where to drop vehicle. No one ever answered. The website and 800 number both said no after hours drop off. We were 90 minutes from home and had to get a hotel. The next morning, at drop site, staff reported vehicle could be dropped off after hours. Web site needs to be updated and staff updated.

Great car! Pretty terrible check in and check out service. Attendant didn't even acknowledge me for close to 5 minutes while I stood at the counter. I understand being busy but customer service is letting the customer know "I'll be right with you" or at least "one moment please"

Was not made aware of it being an off-site pickup. Driver was very nice but the worker inside acted like she didn't even want to be there. Car was clean inside but dirty outside. You're better off choosing an on-site rental service, because the shuttle only runs every 30 minutes.

I booked a SUV for my trip to Costa Rica on the American Airlines site along with with flight. The price online was competitive so I went and booked the unit along with rental car insurance to cover the unit while I was there.   Upon my arrival I was informed that the insurance that I had bough would not accept and that I had to put up a $5,000.00 deposit  plus  cover any damage and loss of rental income or get their insurance at a rate of $50.00. I explained that my insurance would cover the damage and they would not accept it period. So I had to pay upfront in additional $1,050.00 for the insurance coverage or I could not rent the car. I feel that this should have been  explained at the time of booking and this additional cost could have put an unnecessary hard ship on my vacation. I will be posting this complaint on all websites including triple A, AA, USAA, and Costco and any other website that will allow me to post these concerns.

Getting a rental and renewal was easy. However, the staff seemed like they didn’t care about the job, the car I had needed an oil change, the brake light was out, and it was leaking oil. Also the car smelled like weed when I picked it up.And on top of that, I was charged 500 dollars after I turned the car in. I called and they said they didn’t charge a cleaning fee. So why am I being charged this amount for? This makes no sense at all.
