Very Horrible experience with my rental. Please take your time and rent at some other place rather than dealing with very unhelpful staff here. Wish there was an option to give '0' stars here. My insurance company proposed this place for rental car and been overcharged. Several calls to get this sorted out - didn't get worked out. They were very rude not even trying to listen to what we have to say - and why this is an overcharge. They are reluctant to even listen to the argument - why it's a mistake on their part. Would be taking up with their corporate office related to this incident and their very rude behavior. I never wrote any reviews for anyone in the past good or bad - but this time - so frustrated with this experience and had to write this review.

If it wasn't for my insurance company paying for my rental car while my personal vehicle is in the repair shop I would definitely not use this company. I was told that the vehicle will be ready for me when I came to pick it up which has been scheduled for approximately a week. After completion of the paperwork I had to wait an additional 20 to 25 minutes while they cleaned the car up. I opted to pay the gas up front so I could bring it back empty and I was told that it had a full tank. After getting in the car and starting it up I realized that it only had seven eighths of a tank. I had to go back in and they said they would fix it so I'm not paying for gas that I did not receive. I hope they did so. I would definitely not recommend using this place if you have the choice.

Customer service is completely horrible.. Lack of inventory.. Called about a vehicle then told me it was rented.. I asked about the price of the style of vehicle and she said it doesn't matter because it's gone now.. I will never deal with hertz rental again

Horrible customer service and Kathy the “store manager” was everything you don’t want in regards to customer interaction, especially as the “manager”. Called the day before to make sure I had everything I needed. She told me I needed just two items which actually wasn’t the truth. I ended up going back n forth for 2 days and had all my plans and tasks interrupted because Kathy lied and was defiantly the type of individual who claims she didn’t say this or that. I proceeded to tell her she lied and that it’s created many issues for me in 2 days. Following that she looked at me and said “you can get out now!” All because she couldnt admit to her wrong doing with he misinformed information that she fed me. Would NEVER recommend. Horrible.

Wow. Worst place my husband and I have EVER been treated as far as customer service and all around business. We drove over an hour to pick up a rental TRUCK needed for work after our work truck was rear ended, not only did they not have the truck at the location they sent us to this location another hour and a half away to pick up a truck the next day from this Vancouver location. We got there and they instantly gave us attitude about not answering our phone early before coming in. Ok? Big deal. So we are waiting to finally get our truck and they didnt tell us we needed money on a debit or credit card for a fee to hold until the truck was returned (mind you this was ALL set up and paid for by the man's insurance company that rear ended us) so they were then not going to rent us the truck at all at this point until my husband starting getting aggravated. She calmed him and proceeded to talk to us like children and explain why they needed the deposit and that they would wave it this time as long as we promised everything would go well. Sure? We just need to get to work lady, you've now wasted a good 2 days work for both of us. *Fast forward 1 week* Body shop calls and says our personal vehicle is ready. We call Hertz Vancouver, WA to let them know. My husband asked very nicely if they could either pick up the truck from the Auto body shop in St.Helens, OR (approx. 45 mins away) that day or if we could keep the rental until morning and drop it off then with no charge because he had no one to drive him home. They agreed to pick it up from the body shop. *Fast forward to the next morning* We wake up to a call from Kathy (the oh so lovely B!+€# of a manager) from Hertz and shes yelling at my husband wanting to know why her truck is at Enterprize in St.Helens, OR. Well, I'm not so sure, let me find out. I call the Auto body shop. They mistakenly delivered the rental to Enterprize thinking we told them to for some reason. Enterprize is saying they will tow it if needed and charge us. Well, no. I ask the body shop to go pick it back up and leave it there until Hertz picks it up. No problem. I call Hertz back and let them know about the miscommunication, which is no fault was our own, and their truck is where its supposed to be..ready for pick up! They then say we agreed to bring the truck back?.. UM NO, YOU AGREED TO COME GET IT. Too bad, you said you would come get it, its waiting for you. Kathy then decides to loss her $#!+ on me and talk over me and give me attitude and not let me even get a word out in explaination and ends up hanging up on me. So I went to the auto body shop and took photos of the rental just to make sure they don't try to pull anymore bull$#!+. WORST EFFING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN HAVE A BUSINESS. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE WAY THEY TREATED US FROM THE MOMENT THEY DIDNT FILL THE RESERVATION CORRECTLY. I have never been treated so crapy in my life ESPECIALLY because of a companys mistakes! What a B!+€# every lady I talked to was, specifically Kathy the manager. I hope they close this location. Calling corporate now! Wish there was a 0 starts rating. I would never recommend this place to anyone, let alone this franchise at this point. -One raging customer.
