They are horrible. The guy at the desk is NOT helpful. He actually said to us that he will see or decide if it's possible to use our coupon(The coupon was for budget and it was NOT expired, I checked all the requirements and we met all of them!) I was confused by this type of comment from the person that is supposed to be representing this company. He was unprofessional and unprepared for our reservation that was made a month in advance. Upon our return he gave us incorrect information and it turned out to be costly on our part.

We went through Priceline, good deal there, but Roger was extremely rude on the phone and David was even worse in person once we got there. We will never use these asshats again!

The gentleman at the desk was nice and friendly.  The car was a little late arriving but the check out process was fast and simple.  Taking the car back was even easier.  It was a hassle free, friendly experience and I would gladly go back again!

Being new to the area, it was easy to find, clean and friendly.  Will definitely return should the need arise.
