These people are always professional, helpful and friendly. I've rented from the Surprise (former) and now the El Mirage locations and have dealt with Chris each time. He has always gone above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience and, in my experience, has always had an all around great attitude toward customers. Customer service is clearly a priority which is why I remain loyal to Enterprise for my rental needs.

EVERY time I rent a car from Enterprise, I have THE best experience !!
All the employees are upbeat, cheerful, helpful and efficient. Things are easy, check-ins and returns are smooth and quick. For all of these reasons, PLUS the fact that they pick me up and give me a ride home makes it a no brained that they are the only company I rent from.
 Joey, you and your staff are all are amazing. Thanks for the outstanding customer service.

This Enterprise needs to get back on the game. I stopped coming to this one on purpose due to the lack of customer service and attention as well as the lack of vehicles and started going to the one located in the dealership off of 303. I tried giving them one more chance and I will never return back to this facility due to them not even able to figure out a proper bill even though it was emailed to me that day with half the cost of what they were trying to charge me.

Consumer beware check your bill before paying.

Customer service is always the best in this location joey the manager always take cares of my needs and goes beyond that! Apart from him all their staff is helpful
